Excellent job, another suggestion, if you do another first-person sex scene I think it would be better if the girl's nipples could be seen during the scene.
And continue with the impregnations, they are very good.

Let’s not post something like that directly into the comments. Itch.io is not a specialty subreddit, there could always be normal people around.
As the nipples I do try to squeeze them in when I can, but for some angles it just doesn't work out.
As for the sound request, maybe when I have nothing else I want to work on. I can't really muster the motivation at the moment, sorry.
